Release any and all files concerning HAARP, it's uses, effects, and the truth behind it's more diabolical applications.

I want to petition to have ANY AND ALL documents related to HAARP and any technology of the sort. The reason for this is due to how secretive the government have been about this up until they made a website about their instillation in Alaska. There is much information concerning this subject that we the people do not have access to and many questions concerning the operation of and effects to the climate/people/ionosphere/weather/ect. and also the potential of it becoming a WMD in relation to it's possible capability to create and modify weather patterns, creating or increasing the severity of earthquakes and also creating the blue spirals and strange 'trumpets of revalation' like sound heard for many miles by many people.
