Release Clerk Mrs. Kim Davis, who used her religious beliefs and freedoms which is protected by the US Constitution.

Created by A.P. on September 04, 2015

Rowan County Kentucky Clerk Mrs. Kim Davis, upheld the US Constitution as well as her religious freedoms by denying marriage certificates to gay couples. The ruling of the US Supreme Court is Unconstitutional as the Supreme Court is not to make laws but to enforce them. Congress is to make and enact laws. For this reason this "law" is Unconstitutional and therefore illegal. In doing so Mrs. Kim Davis upheld Constitutional Law as well as using her religious freedoms and beliefs in her decision. There are no grounds to hold Mrs. Kim Davis in Jail!
