Clifford Joe Pullan, 86-yr old sentenced to 80 years on Marijuana charge in Arkansas. He is a Korean and Vietnam veteran. Parole Board granted Clemency, but Governor Mike Beebe denied. He has been incarcerated for 5 1/2 years already. He has served his time for that crime. He is a 2 time WAR VETERAN. Served in Korean War and volunteered and served in Vietnam.
