release Cornealious Anderson from the Missouri Department of Corrections

Created by C.U. on April 17, 2014

Cornealious Anderson was convicted of robbery 13 years ago. There was a clerical error which the Missouri Department of Corrections is fully responsible for. 13 years later a SWAT team invades Anderson's home and arrests him for a crime that he had committed 13 years ago. Since the crime 13 years ago Anderson has managed to turn his life around and has been an upstanding citizen paying income and property taxes. He is a husband and a father and has been living a morally sound life. He had received a 13 year sentence for a robbery that occurred in 2000 with the use of a bb gun. The fact that Anderson has been a law abiding citizen for the past 13 years is proof enough this man does not deserve to be in jail. The tax payers are paying for another person behind bars who should not be there.
