Following the example of Iceland in 2009, debt forgiveness must become a consideration in alleviating the nation's massive debt followed by solid financial reform. This is a petition for the Obama Administration to forgive the debt owed by any and all entities, and to negotiate a barter of natural resources with entities to whom we owe money to pay down the debt the U.S. government owes.
We are asking for the federal government to write-off the deficit and enter into 2013 with a clean slate, prosecuting all leaders and bankers responsible for the economic collapse. With a clean slate, we will be able to address financial reforms that will prevent this from happening again and secure a better budget and living for future americans to come.
