We, the undersigned citizens of the United States of America, in order to be reasonably informed when we vote, petition the President to describe in detail before the November election the executive action on immigration he plans to take.
As United States Citizens and voters, we deserve to know what the immigration executive action will be before we vote for candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, not after. To delay that action until after the election because of fear that large numbers of us would oppose it is contrary to the very essence of democracy. If we don’t hear the details of the proposed action by October 31, we will assume the worst, and thus we will be likely to vote against all or most members of the President’s party on November 4th.
