The former Canadian Defense Minister has made statements (http://www.collective-evolution.com/2014/01/06/at-least-4-known-alien-sp...) stating the existence of extraterrestrial life, not only in our universe, but also our solar system. The claims continue to state the existence of four known races that have attempted in the past to help us and our planet become more benevolent and peaceful, but also fear our dangerous use of nuclear and atomic weapons. I believe that this information should be open to the public. Also, that we should accept help and open contact with these races, to become not only more advanced in medicines and sciences, but also to unite the earth, ending racism.
