Congress gives the President the power to receive the IRS tax returns of any US person under 26 US Code §6103(g). The statute does not limit the President's power to release it to the public. This Petition calls on President Barack Obama to use his power under Section 6103(g) to obtain and release the past 10 years of Donald J. Trump's tax returns including the returns of any entities that Mr. Trump controls.
