Since the tragedies in Boston we were led to believe that the Tsarnaev brothers were behind the bombing due to video of them placing a backpack down at the scene of the explosion. since then we have not seen such film largely due to the fact that it does not exist. Dzhokhar's arrest is highly unjustified and is a violation of his rights due to the lack of evidence produced at this time.
