We were led to believe that the Tsarnaev brothers were the culprits behind the tragedy in Boston due to the video of them placing a backpack down where the explosion had occurred but since then we have not seen such video. Dzhokhar's arrest is a violation of his rights and it is imperative that he be released due to the lack of evidence produced at this time.
