Release the fandom from the strangling grasp of hasbro

Dear Whitehouse
Hasbro game company has given a cease and desist order to mane 6 development who were making a non profit fan game called my little pony fighting is magic. I would like to have that order removed because these people were gaining literally nothing except for a project and a ton of excitement from the fandom over a professional level game that would make no money.
My legal knowledge on such matters is limited but I think that the game may be protected under parody law so long as they don't make any money off of it.
