As it stands, many people throughout the United States are unable to even see what plans are offered on the exchange let alone log in. As time ticks this limits their ability to make informed decisions to seek potentially better care away from the exchanges. This petition aims to force the administration to reveal these plans so that people can make informed decisions whether to wait for them or not.
