Release Federal Non-Violent,Non-Drug Offenders over 55 having served 50-75% of their sentence with good behavior.

It costs money to keep a Federal Prisoner,for both the government and the families supporting the inmate.Costing the government apx $24,000/year/Federal Inmate.These Non-violent,Non-Drug offenders pose no threat to society and having served over 50% of their sentence,the margin for reoffense is small.The majority have a family to return to that offer support. The US houses apx 23% of the Worlds prison population while The US population is only 5% of the World.
It will be beneficial for the budget of the US Government.
For the families,children & grandchildren...the benifits are immeasurable.
