If the President is going to have some criteria by which he can murder American citizens with unmanned drones without any judicial or congressional restraints, we the people at least deserve to know what those criteria are. These memos cannot contain information crucial to future plans, and if the President does not feel that these actions are unconstitutional and/or morally repugnant, that he should have no problem sharing these memos with the American people.
