Release the full findings of the Shuttle Challenger disaster and specifically the autopsy findings of the crew's bodies

Request for full disclosure about the physical remains of the American heroes who died in pursuit of American ambitions in the U.S. Space Program in 1986. We propose that there was no valid and compelling reason to withhold the pathological findings of a crew who died in a routine aviation accident and we request full disclosure of the facts surrounding the deaths of the 7 heroes of the Challenger Accident.
