We need to help those in need with heating costs not cut their only need of staying warm. We also need to issue grants to those wishing to upgrade their heating needs to renewable energy sources, so they are not dependent on assistance. Cutting fuel assistance will cause people to go without heat this winter and cost people their jobs.
