By releasing all prisoners on marijuana charges we can get nonviolent inmates out of the prison system.
This would lead to less violence in prisons and on the streets, and but otherwise good citizens
back into society. To help them convert back into society we can give released prisoners
the chance to take part in the government labor petition act, and housing reform act.
This will free up human resources dedicated to giving released prisoners careers.
This will also decrease the chances of repeated criminal offenses.
