Release inmates that have over served their punishment

Created by M.P. on March 31, 2015

Punishment should be in accordance with the crime. When we make mistakes and we are caught we should be taught a lesson but it should never get to the point that it disables self growth and hope. No one should sit in jail for years and years and years after displaying good behavior and remorse over their situation. Once this is being displayed for a significant , consistent manner , this behavior should be recognized and receive relief and freedom. The government is passing out sentences and forgetting these people. These people deserve a second chance and deserve another review. We are not perfect and we all make mistakes. The government should be promoting a reward recognition and releasing these inmates when they show that they are rehabilitated.
