Josh Pillault was arrested for making an idle threat in the MMORPG "RuneScape", where he threatened to shoot up a school. While the joke was reprehensible, he had neither the tools nor the motivation to do so.
Ten years in jail for an idle threat is far too much. He has had enough time in jail and is on suicide watch for being harassed by the other inmates. Enough is enough: let the poor kid go!
