Justin Carter was arrested on February 14, 2013 because he posted a (yes, idiotic) sarcastic comment on Facebook about a computer game. This comment was then taken out of context by a complete stranger. Now he is being abused in jail because of this stupid comment that was posted to his "friends" on Facebook..
The First Amendment is suppose to protect a person's speech -- even if the speech is in very poor taste -- as long as it is not a true threat or the whole cast of South Park should be arrested for killing 9 year old Kenny.
