release juvenile sex offenders from the requirement to register on their 30th bday if no more crimes have been committed

Created by J.P. on October 21, 2011

Many juvenile Sex offenders have gone on to lead productive lives and commit no further crime. As it stands most states barely monitor these individuals but they are still labeled as such, and tax payers dollars are squandered.

If in 12 years they have not committed another crime AT ALL then why are we still branding them?

Let's spend our tax dollars on the ones that are truly sex offenders.
