United States drone strikes have killed several American citizens abroad. This would appear to violate their constitutional rights under the fifth amendment, which states that "No person shall... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..."
The Obama administration should release its legal justification for the targeted killing of American citizens. This is a country under the rule of law.
