Release the manufacture able fuels technology as public property and fund start ups to replace fossil fuels

Technology exists to manufacture transportable fuels such as Hydrogen Peroxide, Ammonia, and Hydrazine. We the People respectfully request that a Technology Transfer be done to make this technology public domain and also to provide funding, in order to transition from extreme destructive petroleum process such as fracking, tar sands, carbon sequestration, and coal gasification. A national incentive to replace finite petroleum must be initiated to prevent the obvious future hazards caused by singular reliance on gas and oil for fueling vehicles. This petition also includes the introduction of DC microgrids powered by manufacture able fuels to produce electricity on demand for critical areas such as hospitals. A national plan to build a network is of strategic importance!
