We the People... petition the Obama administration to release the part of the cuban embargo in which we cannot trade so that we may drill for oil with them.
We will send our machines and some technicians over to drill with them in order to create some jobs, get oil, trade more, and get more money.
The cubans must abide by our rules with our machinery and our people. any violations will be dealt with accordingly.
