There should be some provision or something that provides for student loan forgiveness, if you served in the United States Armed Forces.
The forgiveness program in place is not easy to do nor does it take into account that you were in the Military. Also, there should also be a shorter period of time for veterans like 5 years instead of 10 years. 10 years is too long for Veterans who have served. The current Loan Forgiveness program should be revised to reflect someone who has served because it would show our veterans that we take care of our own. Debt forever is not the way to do it.
