Petition to Pres Obama, Mr Shepard has terminal cancer, less than 1yr to live. All legal documents have been submitted to BOP for release. It is Urgent as Shepard is so sick that BOP does not have proper facilities to care for patient/ immate! He was a non-violent offender. Maintains good record in Prision.
