Release Shaker Aamer from Guantanamo Bay

Shaker Aamer is the last Londoner in Guantanamo Bay. Guantanamo Bay is known for torturing people and violating many human rights.
Inmates in Guantanamo Bay are tortured by methods, such as water boarding, electrocution and sleep deprivation. Some inmates do not see the light of day, while they are being held in captivity. These are all violations of human rights.
It is well known that George Bush's reasons for opening Guantanamo Bay are false. Yvonne Ridley famously said, upon hearing about Guantanamo Bay, "Thank God I was captured by the Taliban and not the Americans." This is because the Taliban did not torture her.
Shaker Aamer has not be convicted of any crimes. This is a violation of human rights because, everyone has the right to be assumed innocent before proven guilty.
