We the People want to see President Obama and the White House publicly condemn all police actions that have been taken against the peaceful protests organized by the Occupy Wall Street movement . In recent weeks numerous cities have had their police departments needlessly cracking down on participants of Occupy protests, who have been living peacefully in tent cities in order to protest corporate greed and unfair tax policies. We believe that these police crackdowns infringe upon our Constitutional right to peacefully assemble and demand that President Obama support our right to gather and protest in a peaceful manner by holding a press conference to voice his support for the American public's right to protest while simultaneously encouraging an end to police actions against protestors.
