Release Tim Kane From Prison in Florida

I'm a childhood Friend of Timothy Kane. In January of 1992, 14 year-old Timmy, followed some older boys into a house they kicked the door in. The older boys slaughtered the inhabitants as Tim cowered in the corner. Tim asked to leave but was held at gunpoint against his will. Tim was charged as an adult. He was convicted on 2 counts of murder, and received 2 life sentences. Tim was a funny and silly kid, I knew him very, very well, he was never violent. According to several Articles I have read, Tim has been a model prisoner from Day 1. And Tim has participated in a prison outreach program.. called "Timothy's Gift". In my 37 year-old opinion, 23 years is enough confinement, for a 14 year-old with a 137 IQ, who never laid a hand on the victims, Please pardon Him, It's long overdue.
