Please release time constraints to petition the government using this governmental reform system. Although it is important to respond in a timely manner to an issue of importance , closing a system and restricting its use to petition by a certain date goes against the principles of freedom of speech and redressing the government elected officials for grievances. Responding at a certain amount of signatures is justified to do. Limiting freedom to redress grievances is possibly unconstitutional. Please address the US Court to determine if this is worthy of restriction according to our US Constitutional rights.
