Release Timothy Tyler who has served 23 years of a life sentence for a non-violent drug crime.

Timothy Tyler was a Grateful Dead fan who traveled the country in the early 1990's seeing the band perform at various venues. He supported his traveling by selling LSD to friends when he returned. A friend of his who had a run in with the law set him up in a sting operation and convinced him to sell LSD to an undercover officer. This led to a life sentence without the possibility of parole. He was only 23 years old. He is now 46 and has spent half of his natural life in a federal penitentiary. Isn't it time that Timothy was free? His lesson has certainly been learned.
