Remove the necessity for government intervention when individuals such as Bowe Bergdahl take actions upon themselves in countries of known hostilities where said actions do not directly aid U.S. interests. Also to petition the government to make a list of countries where said danger might be found such that american citizens can safely rely on government aid in situations out of individual control.
