Americans feel like their vote in elections doesn't count. Election results are given before all ballots are counted. In many states hundreds of thousands of votes are not counted before results are reported. All early votes, provisional, absentee ballots and votes at the polls should be counted before results are given. This can be accomplished by: 1. moving the voting date up two - three weeks 2. counting all ballots provisional, early, absentee and at the polls 3. Results are not posted until all ballots counted 4. electors must vote in each state according to the percentage voted for by the people. 5. the people must know how the electors are chosen and that they are required by law to vote according to the way the citizens of each state voted (no winner take all).
