Hurricane "SANDY" Impacted the North East and Destroyed Homes and Peoples Lives and Lives were Lost.
Recovery will Require Funding to Rebuild.Governors of NY,NJ and CT are Seeking Billions To cover Cost from the Federal Government. They are Asking Congress and the Senate for 60 Billion Dollars.Something is Wrong and the Money needs to Be Given to the People Affected and Not the States as State Governments will Use this to Pad State Budgets and Affected Residents will be Left out in the Cold..

1. Appoint an Administrator and claim process manager as done in 9/11 Fund and BP Oil Spill.
2.Provide Tax Relief to Homeowners and Homeless Residents.
3.Request the States Getting this Aid Provide Full Disclosure and Account to The Federal Government Where this Money was Spent.
