Relieve all taxpayers, at the poverty level, of the burden of filing and paying taxes on income of all types.

American citizens at the poverty level have been burdened by paying taxes on income that barely pays for living expenses. The elderly, disabled, unemployed, people on social security, and low income pensions should not have to sacrifice basic necessities for a small amount of tax revenue. This taxpayer group is not in the middle class, but is expected to not only pay for insurance, medicine, food, and everything else the middle class pays for, but to pay taxes on low income.
I am presenting this petition to the public, to enable the people with the least means to care for themselves, a chance to better afford their basic living expenses. In turn, the lifted burden will free up monies to stimulate the local communities.
