It has come to my attention that the Department of Homeland Security has recently spent more than a million dollars on "no hesitation" targets depicting young children, the elderly and pregnant women holding guns in order to train agents to fire on these civilian targets without exercising due restraint. As a veteran who was carefully trained in target selection, this disgusts me. The American People would rightly riot if these targets were used by the military, and we will not stand for this type of training for any government agency.
We, the people, demand that the purchase of "no hesitation" targets from Law Enforcement Targets, Inc cease, as well as similar targets from any other manufacturer. We also demand that Janet Napolitano be replaced for allowing such a purchase for DHS.
