Relieve John Boehner of his position as Speaker of the House.

The speaker of the house John Boehner should be relieved of his position. Boehner has exercised fervent malice and willful disregard for the care and wellbeing of the public by: not worked in cooperation with the office of the President to pass fair and timely legislation and knowingly urges his party to pass legislation that would easily be ruled unconstitutional once tested by the supreme court. He does not act in the best interest of the public which may have put some citizen's life in jeopardy due to the untimeliness of his actions. He is perceived to be generally combative in conducting the business of the Speaker of the House and has an unpleasant demeanor. Voting for this petition is agreeing, we the people hold a higher standard for the person serving as Speaker of the House.
