Small business tax leins hurt the American economy. If a business is in good standing with the IRS and they are making timely payments, leins should be lifted to allow business's not to be choked. Business's cannot borrow, improve credit, buy new vehicles, tools,etc...when banks see leins. If a business defaults then place the lein on their account, simple. This will free up millions of dollars and allow us to do what we do and that is to be the lifeline for this country!
