Relieve the students of higher education of their massive debts within a more forgiving set of guidelines.

I am one of thousands of students in America that elected to better myself by going to a top ranked university to get life sustaining employment in the field that I love. However, I am stuck paying off student loans so large that the numbers could be mistaken for a mortgage. I am pleading with the government to work harder to alleviate the debt of all students. Very few students are able to get public service jobs that are eligible for loan forgiveness and still survive day to day. The parameters for which loans are being forgiven help very few, while the rest of us are in fact drowning in student loan debt.
