The details of this tax is that either monthly, large websites such as Facebook or YouTube can give a percentage of their earnings. One cent per recorded browser visiting their web page. These two websites a lone are worth several billion dollars, and can afford to aid us in paying off the national deceit, while the everyday American does not have to suffer the burden of a flawed, though well-meaning income tax, or a clunky sales tax.
We cannot fix the economy's problems with just cuts. Something must replace the tax system, and hopefully a better tax system. One that can provide government with the revenue it needs for infrastructure and pay off the nation's debts, and low income earners can retain their wages in it's entirety.
