Concept - Exchange roles with someone from another culture and religion to gain a better understanding of their point of view and perspective.
Goal - By "walking in another person's shoes", individuals will become more aware of cultural differences as well as similarities and subsequently break down barriers that may exist between people from different backgrounds.
Execution - Individuals can exchange roles with friends or find a willing participant at a local church, temple or mosque, etc. For a week, participants will exchange roles to whatever extent is possible. For example, individuals would wear outward symbols of the other person's religion such as a Star of David, a cross or other piece of jewelry, attend religious services at each other's places of worship.
