Relinquish a level of executive branch power to congress due to forced restrictions being placed on our civil rights.

Due to a concerted effort of executive, international and corporate power; who have an unquestionable ability to carry out actions of a covert nature in any domain; who are openly and vocally sympathetic to a communist and subversive ideology, who openly conduct manipulative efforts upon the American moral and cultural foundations which follow step by step what was warned to the American People by Congress in 1963 titled "Communist Plans";who have authorized foreign use of lethal military force in our homeland per "U.S. Canada Civil Assistance Plan" U.S. Northern Command; we feel it is necessary that any restrictions to our bill of rights be supplemented by reduced power of the executive branch. We urge Congress to take action against subversion and ethics violations in our homeland.
