relocate all people wanting to secede to an isolated location, allowing them to establish a government of their own.

This petition will allow those who wish to no longer be a citizen of the United States to establish a government as they wish in a remote location away from the mainland on Government territory to be sold to this created government for a total of 16 trillion dollars, while those wanting to maintain citizenship will be able to, without the interference, or contact of those departing. This will separate the two divisions, and remove the varied countries within the mainland. This should appeal to those who wish to secede, as well as those who don't. Off the record, this will vastly increase our scientific, and economic contributions to the world at large by eliminating the chaff of American society. Not to mention the amount of social progress that will be made.
