Without intervention, the People of Fukushima Daichi, Japan will become victims of the worst Nuclear Disaster in human history. The world will bear the effects of March, 2010 for Millenia, but for those residents unable to move away from the most affected areas around Fukushima Daichi, abandonment is a virtual Death Sentence.
The reactors in question were designed and sold to Japan by the General Electric Company, and responsibility for the safety of operation and corresponding safety of Human Life at or near them lies with an American Corporation. To ignore the plight of the Citizens of Japan now most affected by this disaster is to abrogate America's friendship towards Japan and further cheapen and efface the Honor that America's Foreign Policy shows to the outside world.
