Whereas, the majority of Cabinet-level agencies are responsible for activities that center in States and regions far away from DC,
Whereas, modern telecom technologies allow effective interaction between Cabinet HQ functions and those DC functions that should stay put (Office of the President, Department of Defense, State and Justice),
Whereas, colocation of Cabinet HQs with pressing problems or centers of activities would improve the perceived responsiveness and engagement of the Federal gov't with those taxpayers and taxpaying corporations,
Whereas, the Federal taxes should stay in the region generating the revenue whenever practical,
Move Cabinet HQs to appropriate regions (Agriculture to Midwest, Interior to far West, SEC to Florida (retirees) etc.) Relocate HQs every 20 years.
