This is a Petition; the three week war has brought shames and senseless killing to people of South Sudan for the first time since we won the independent in July 2011. Any leader among many reasons he/she should be visionary and see unfold disaster coming and protect his people and the country from such disastrous, , UN has mandate to protect those who fair their life are in danger, all these people came to juba to help built young nation at one time , if juba became unsafe place for them right now, they should be given protection at better location other than juba and at later time they can come back and build their nation, why not return them back to their respective states to Unity State or Upper Nile State and for what ever reason this ma
