Neuromorphic computing architectures, advances in robotics, and general improvements in the cognitive sciences will usher in an age of unprecedented American warfighting ability in the vessel of durable, intelligent non-human actors. Mr. President, it's high time to give Vietnam the thrashing it's deserved for decades now. We, the undersigned, are calling on the federal government to push hard for the development of hunter-killer platforms, including but not limited to autonomous UAVs, UGVs and humanoids that are sure to give the nation of Vietnam a beating it will never forget—or survive. It's time for a rematch in Southeast Asia.
