All around the country, various state and local laws make it a crime for a female to expose portions or all of a nipple or breast. We request of the Obama administration, a nationwide inclusion in all laws governing the exposure of breasts and nipple, that all genders are subject to the laws, not just females. This action will be a step towards restoring the fifth amendment guarantee of equal protection of laws and the fourteenth amendment guarantee against discrimination due to membership in a group (like sex/gender) in all localities where such nipple and breast laws exist.
