The people of Illinois, are suffering Mr. President. I guess, somewhere along your political ladder, you forgot your own state. Have you seen the economy of Madison County? Have you seen the crime in East Saint Louis? We do not have jobs, adequate healthcare, or any help from the State Department. You have failed to address the corruption in the Illinois Senate. You have failed to provide Veterans the benefits they need. We, the people of Illinois, ask that you intervene, using the power granted by the Constitution. The people voted you into office. Upward Mobility has a ceiling in Illinois. You Are The Ceiling President Obama.
