We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Removal of ethanol from all gasoline.

Created by J.M. on October 07, 2016

Ethanol is damaging to engines, fuel systems, and exhaust systems. If your engine is not designed for ethanol fuels it can lead to engine damage. It also is very corrosive to carberators, fuel systems, and fuel lines not intended for ethanol fuel. It creates higher engine and exhaust temperatures which increase engine wear and reduce engine life. All the above reasons result in increased emissions due to degraded engines that use oil and don't run properly. Ethanol fuel is also more expensive to manufacture. Please go back to standard non ethanol fuels that perform better and increase the life of our vehicles.
